Softball downed Chelsea in second game of the double header. The Pirates won game 2, 6-4 in extra innings vs Chelsea to gain the split of the double header. Junior Pitcher Natally Pease went the distance giving up 3 earned runs and striking out 9. She was also 4-4 at the plate and drove in 2 runs. Junior Morgan Kubat was 2-4 and Sophomore Sydney Arnold was 2 for 3 at the plate for the Pirates as well.
In game 1 the Pirates came up short 2-0 vs Chelsea. Sophomore Addison Wroblewski was 3-3 at the plate for the Pirates and Junior Pitcher Natally Pease went the distance striking out 12 and only allowing 1 earned run.
